Pindah Opis

Hari ni hari kami semua mengemas barang2 utk pindah opis. By next week, all stuffs shall be packed to be delivered by movers to our new building emkay, PJ Trade Centre.



Bergambar kenangan dgn opismate.

Rase bersemangat nk pindah opis baru lagi2 bile dh tgk rupe opis br yg berkonsepkan eco-friendly. Mcm mane rupenye eco-friendly office tu? Haaa...klu korang nk tau, just wait on the 21st November nnt with my new entry psl new office..hoyeah!!

I hope my celcom broadband ni x mengade xdpt coverage plak kt sane nnt. Since saye punye floor pn tkt 17 (mak aih tinggi giler!). Klu xde coverage, alamatnye pakai digi plak le kt mobile phone nih..




My big boss's secretary tgh memunggah dlm filing room..aja aja faiti!

Visit Upin&Ipin @ Summit USJ

Hi all,

These photos were captured On 13/8/2011. Pretty out dated. Somehow, br hr ni saya nk tepek kt entry memandangkan blog saya ni pn br sgt diwujudkan, kn?

We went to meet Upin&ipin mascot during puasa day. Sempena hari raya, upin&ipin pn pakai baju raya jugak. There, we also meet twins family, Sharifah Hanisah Bilfagih. She wasn't there, tp bapak & anak2nye ada.

Somehow, kami semua rupa2nya dh mmg joined group Dianugerahkan Kembar. Jadi, masa borak2 bapaknye pn sebutla psl group ni..tup2 rupe2nye saya pn kenal mak nye..

Twins die sgt la comel...ingat lg mase ni si twins nanges2 mase nk balik, bapaknye kate diorang nk bwk sekali Upin&ipin balik..tu psl la satu summit dgr diorang ni melalak sakan. Kesian bapaknye..dh la maknye xde, kelam kabut dgn double stroller maclarens nye dan due org lg anak dare nye..hehhee...

My twins plak mmg suke sgt dgn karaktor upin&ipin, tp hari tu x brp nk excited maybe psl mascot tu besar sgt kowt? Anyhow, kami sgt enjoy & hopefully dah besar sket nnt boleh la bwk Lil Qs join programs anjuran Les' Copaque.

Hari-hari Yang Diharamkan Berpuasa

Memandangkan minggu ni ialah minggu saya berniat utk menggantikan puase (36 hari), jadi saya selitkan entry ni utk pengetahuan semua reader..  Eh, kenape byk sgt 36 hari??? Haa...jawapannye,, sebab saya menggantikan puasa saya sewaktu mengandungkan twins tahun lps..  I was 32 weeks during the fasting month and delivered on 36w 1d.  It’s normal for twin/multiple pregnancy.  So, sesiape yang rase pelik tu, jgn la ingat saya ni bersalin premie hokey? :D

Anyway, I do had in mind to blog my journey towards twin pregnancy.  Tapi x dpt seru lagi.  Agak2 ramai x yg berminat nk tahu? Apa kate survey??? Sila la beri komen & idea ye?

Sementara tu, mari kita menambahkan ilmu ttg Hari-hari yang diharamkan berpuasa: -

Hari-hari yang diharamkan berpuasa adalah:

1.        Hari Syak iaitu hari yang apabila ia ragu tarikh sebenar Ramadhan (30 Sya'ban). Ini berdasarkan hadith dari Ammar bin Yasir r.a yang bermaksud :
" Sesiapa berpuasa pada hari syak, sesungguhnya dia telah menderhaka Abu Al-Kasim (Muhammad) s.a.w."

2.        Hari Raya Aidilfitri dan Aidiladha iaitu 1 Syawal dan 10 Zulhijjah. Ini berdasarkan hadith dari Abu Hurairah r.a yang bermaksud :
" Bahawa Rasullullah s.a.w menegah berpuasa pada dua hari iaitu hari raya fitri dan hari raya adha "

3.        Hari-hari tasyrik iaitu 11, 12 dan 13 Zulhijjah. Ini berdasarkan hadith daripada Imam Muslim dalam sahihnya daripada Nabi s.a.w yang bermaksud :
" Hari-hari Mina merupakan hari-hari makan dan minum juga hari mengingati Allah s.w.t "

4.        Hari Haid dan Nifas.

5.        Ulama' Mazhab Syafii berpendapat adalah haram berpuasa pada separuh akhir bulan Sya'ban yang mana ada di antaranya hari Syak melainkan mereka yang biasa berpuasa sepanjang tahun atau bagi mereka yang berpuasa pada hari tertentu seperti hari Isnin dan Khamis yang puasanya berkebetulan dengan hari selepas 15 Sya'ban atau puasa nazar yang tertanggung ke atasnya atau puasa qada' atau fardhu ataupun puasa yang bersambung dengan puasa selepas Sya'ban dan puasa sebelumnya walaupun satu hari sebelum 15 hari Sya'ban kerana berdasarkan hadith yang bermaksud :

" Apabila telah tiba pertengahan bulan Sya'ban, janganlah kamu berpuasa " (Riwayat Ahmad)

Mazhab Hanbali dan mazhab-mazhab lain tidak berpegang kepada hadith ini kerana ia da'if menurut pendapat Imam Ahmad.

6.        Puasa bagi orang yang bimbangkan dirinya binasa kerana puasa tersebut.

Tips untuk naik gaji

Hi all,

Entry hari ni berkaitan dgn tips utk mendapatkan kenaikan gaji.. Pagi ni bos dh panggil, "SB, pls come here". Saya pn dtg le jumpe bos kt biliknye... "yes, boss?". Ingatkn ade task, rupenye nk tanye, "eh, what is ur grade now eh?". Sambil tgh bukak company employee handbook. So, saye pn tunjukkanlah grade saya dok celah mane..haa, tuuuu.... Hheehee... Kate boss, "owh, here? Okay.. So, when are u submitting your appraisal form to me? I didn't see yours on my tray". Alamak! Tang isi form ni la yg x berape nk rajin ni.. "erggh, i'm in the midst of filling it up, boss. I'll get it done by ths afternoon?". Dgn muke kerang busuknye saya pn blah la terkedek2 nk fill in the blank with the correct order..haisshh..malasss... Tiap2 tahun nk isi..klu gaji masyuk sedapmjugak...td boss tanye2 tu gaye mcm nk promote saya je? Jng3! Haa...dengan pantasnye saya pn tibe2 bersemangat waja nk isi appraisal. Ni yg semangak nih! Hmm...sblm isi, saya capai ipad & buat research ttg care2 utk memastikan gaji kite naik setiap tahun..wakaakak! Somehow, I manage to find this article for sharing & for my individual appraisal... Tips2 ni berjaya membuka mataku & memberi idea utk isi ape yg patut dkt form tu.. Hopefully i gain my most appropriate salary for next upcoming year 2012! Chai yok!!

At some point during your career—in fact, probably multiple times—you'll be in a situation that calls for a talk with your manager or a prospective employer about your compensation package, that bundle of offerings that tells you what the company thinks you're worth.

It may be that you've taken on more responsibility over a year's time, and you're feeling the need to get some financial recognition for it. A word of caution, however: Such arrangements are often "off the record," and might go away if the manager who agrees to them does.

Whether you're hitting up your current boss for a bump in pay or looking to leverage a new opportunity, thinking ahead and planning your approach will be key to getting the compensation you're after. As with all career-related matters, you've got to be smart about it.

But in this case, you've got to be extra smart. One bad move could damage your chances of getting what you want. Who's going to pay a premium for someone who doesn't appear to be at the top of their game?

Here's a look at some of the common mistakes employees make when they're seeking a raise:

• Picking the wrong time to speak.

Hands down, the best time to approach your boss with a special request is just after he or she has praised your work. If you're thinking you're due for an increase, the moment just after your manager says: "You know, Stan, I'm so impressed with the way you've been handling the call center these last few months," is the perfect time. If you don't get that lucky opportunity, schedule a one-on-one with your manager in a private space where interruptions can be minimized.

• Making it personal.

You want to talk about your value to the team, but you don't want to lay a guilt trip on your boss,รก la "It doesn't seem like you appreciate me." Instead, focus on what you've accomplished for the company and how much money you've brought in, helped to bring in, or saved.

• Speaking in generalities.

"I need a pay increase" is too general. Be specific about what you want, whether it's a 10% pay hike, an extra week of paid vacation, tuition reimbursement, a 15% of salary performance bonus, or the ability to fly business class. In case your first request doesn't work out, have alternative suggestions ready.

Some of the biggest mistakes people make when negotiating at a new job include:

• Getting low-balled because of your previous job.

Yes, everyone thinks they are underpaid—but it's possible you actually are! Maybe you were promoted at your previous company, meaning you didn't get the same money as an outsider coming in would have, or maybe you worked there a long time, getting only the standard 2% to 4% cost of living increases instead of the bigger bumps a change of employer would have brought.

Also, some industries pay better and have cushier perk packages than others, which you need to consider. Don't assume a new employer will be as stingy as your previous one. Remember, you deserve to be paid what you're worth, and the chance to get that is probably one of the reasons you're making a move.

• Not having a realistic idea of what you're worth.

Si twins ni bkn nye kecik lagi..umur dh setahun 2bln tapi xmo pegang botol susu sendiri. Kdg2 terpk jugak..adekah botol susu diorang ni besar sgt? Tapi pernah jumpe twins lain yg guna botol tommee tippee mcm Lil Qs ok je boleh pegang sendiri. So, I concluded myself these 2 girls are really spoilt hokey? Sgt manja..hopefully they learn fast on holding their own bottles...

Ade sesiape yg ada masalah same mcm saye ni boleh la berkongsi pengalaman ataupun idea... Thank you!
